Surfing, tennis, soccer, running, kickboxing, skiing, paddleboard surfing, hot yoga, wakeboarding, figure skating, and gymnastics- You name it, I have probably done it. I have always chased the adrenaline of these sports and each time I found a new one it always seemed to give me a new kind of rush than the one before. A few years ago my uncle, a professional extreme sports kite-surfer, introduced me to surfing and I have been attached at the hip to my board ever since. Its such an incredible experience to physically see yourself being pushed to a whole new limit, body sweating, mind racing, and muscles quivering.
The body is a fine tuned piece of machinery and needs each of its parts taken care of in various ways. Being diverse in exercise is crucial to the best possible development of your muscles, nerves and bones. I love to switch up my workout because I personally get bored with the same routine everyday, but it also challenges my body to a new form of fitness and working out new muscles that possibly get neglected. My routine consists of yoga, running, kickboxing, resistance training (and the occasional watersport thrown in)-
