The best sweet-sour combo I can think of!
As we all know, sometimes making juices and smoothies can be such a pain if you are on the go(and not a quick thing to clean up either). I am always on the search for different foods that taste good together, and decided to create recipe that is so easy to make and really good for the body at the same time-- so this recipe only calls for 3 ingredients! Simple as this: ~2 handfuls of blueberries ~1 handful of spinach ~3 limes to squeeze (and ice of course) It is a great detox with the lime juice and Blueberries have a lower glycemic index helping keep a lower sugar content! Spinach is a super food that contains lot of protein helping your metabolism with the fiber content. |
